The proud definition of our house style. These wines are produced from vineyards that are carefully managed by Yering Station’s team to ensure they reflect, and continue to reflect, Yarra Valley’s hallmark characters.
Red and dark cherry fruits with lovely mouthwatering cherry stone bitterness build the core of a mouthwatering palate. Around this is a delicate but structured frame of finely knit tannin and fresh acidity. The finish is long and full of fruit, texture and bountiful complexity.

Garnet with bright hues. |

Pretty perfume of pink florals, red berries, dark cherries and freshly tilled earth with subtle toasty oak. |

A core of juicy, dark cherries centres the palate. The middle builds out with lush, ripe fruit tannin and is surrounded with bright, fresh berries and savoury threads of earth, wood and spice. The satin texure flows through to a deeply complex and moreish finish. |

Made with 8% whole bunches and matured in 500L French puncheons (17% new). Like the '24, this is brightly fruited and perfumed, but a little more so. Red fruits and rose petal aromas are to the fore, while the palate is juicy, framed by gentle tannins and acidity. Very nicely done.
