All Australian orders are delivered via Australia Post. Delivery time-frames vary from state to state. Victorians can expect deliveries within 3 – 5 business days, whilst all other states can expect delivery within 5 – 10 business days.
Please note these times may be effected by postal network delays.
All wines delivered to you by Yering Station are covered by our quality guarantee. On the rare occasion that this is compromised, we may accept returns provided the customer contacts us within 30 days of the delivery with relevant order information. The customer is required to take the goods to their local post office to arrange for a return. The goods must be in acceptable order and adequately packed in their original packaging.
Upon the receipt and validation of a customer’s returned goods in acceptable order, Yering Station will issue a refund or replacement of the goods to the customer. Refunds will be issued to the payment method used to complete the original purchase.
