The proud definition of our house style. These wines are produced from vineyards that are carefully managed by Yering Station’s team to ensure they reflect, and continue to reflect, Yarra Valley’s hallmark characters.

Intense fresh fruits from the get go, building in complexity and layering earthen, autumnal spice, hints of leather and sweet pipe tobacco. The tannin profile is tight and precise, giving a great focal point for the palate, which drives along with bright acidity through the long finish where the red currant and cranberry fruits return.

100% cabernet sauvignon, all from Coldstream. Matured in French barriques (13% new). A youthful, bright crimson red. Excellent concentration here with its bouquet of blackcurrant, dark cherry, cedar, licorice root and crushed violets. Equally good on the elegant, medium-bodied palate, which is framed by succulent and persistent tannins. Yarra cabernet doesn't get much better value than this.
