The 1027 vintage was a 1-in-20 season in the Yarra Valley. Optimal growing conditions allowed for perfectly balanced vines and beautifully ripened grapes. In these pristine years, spectacular fruit flavours are combined with intensity and power, producing wines of true longevity.

Red licorice, blueberries, black cherries and quality, toasty oak. Aristocratic and poised. So much to like about this wine. Just-ripe cabernet fruit with sinew and length. Beautifully made. Kudos to the grape grower.
