Yering Station BFCM Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Legal Entity
“Yering Station” refers to Yering Station Pty Ltd, a registered and recognised entity under Australian law.

Eligibility
1.1. This promotion is open to individuals who are residents of Australia and aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
1.2. Employees, agents, immediate family members, trade partners, Participating Stores, and agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to participate.
1.3. “Immediate family” means spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (natural or adopted), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister, or first cousin.

Entry
2.1. Entry into the promotion is automatic for orders of $300 (AUD) or more placed online at Yering Station during the Promotional Period.
2.2. Only eligible individuals as described in section 1 may enter.
2.3. Multiple orders over $300 will count as separate entries.
2.4. Entries close at 11:59pm AEDT on 1 December 2025.
2.5. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or engages in fraudulent or unlawful conduct.
2.6. The prize must be redeemed before 4 December 2026. This expiry date is final and binding, with no extensions permissible.
2.7. The winner must notify Yering Station one month in advance of their desired reservation date.
2.8. The winner and their companion acknowledge the risks associated, and knowingly participate at their own risk.
2.9. If the Activity is cancelled, postponed or delayed, due to any unforeseen weather event, Yering Station is not responsible for any additional costs or expenses associated with rescheduling the Activity.

Prize Details
3.1. The prize consists of one (1) Yering Station “Wine Food Fly” experience for the winner and one companion, valued at approximately AUD $2,845.
3.2. The prize includes:
Return Microflite helicopter flights from Melbourne City to Yering Station;
- A glass of Yarrabank sparkling wine on arrival;
- A private tour of the Yering Station barrel cellar and fermentation hall;
- Wine tasting of the Yering Station range;
- A three-course lunch with three glasses of matched wines.
3.3. The prize is subject to Microflite’s policies as outlined at https://microflite.com.au/about-us/policies/, including but not limited to age, health, and safety requirements.
3.4. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash, unless otherwise specified.
3.5. The winner and their companion are responsible for any additional expenses outside of the prize package.

Winner Selection
4.1. The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries on Thursday, 4 December 2025.
4.2. The winner will be contacted directly via email and/or phone within five (5) business days of the draw.
4.3. If the winner cannot be contacted within ten (10) business days, a redraw may occur.
4.4. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these Terms and Conditions or is found to be fraudulent.
4.5. The decision of the Promoter is final and binding.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
5.1. By participating, entrants indicate their acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
5.2. Entrants agree to comply with all applicable laws, including responsible consumption of alcohol.
5.3. The Promoter encourages entrants to enjoy responsibly in accordance with the NHMRC Australian Alcohol Guidelines.

Governing Law
6.1. This Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
6.2. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

Publicity
7.1. The Promoter will not use the winner’s name, likeness, or image for promotional purposes.
7.2. Entries remain the property of the Promoter.

Data Protection
8.1. Personal data collected from entrants will be used solely for the administration of the Promotion and in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
8.2. Personal data will not be disclosed to any third party without prior consent, except as required to administer the promotion or by law.

No Association with Social Networks
9.1. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other social network.
9.2. Participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Yering Station, not to any social media platform.
