Set within stunning architecture, our signature restaurant overlooks expansive and magnificent views of the Yarra Ranges. Yering Station is thrilled to welcome Maxime Croiset as head chef. His French influence and experience in some of France and London’s finest Michelin Star restaurants will bring a new direction to Yering Station offering classic French food with a modern twist. Maxime is inspired by discovering new flavours and ingredients and their unique complementing combinations. The full range of Yering Station wines are featured on the wine list alongside exclusive property releases and a diverse selection of wines from the Rathbone Wine Group stable. An exclusive list is available featuring older vintages selected by Chief Winemaker, Willy Lunn, from Yering Station’s Museum. $85.00 per person three courses

For bookings on the Easter weekend please note we require credit card details as security for your reservation. Nothing will be debited from your card however 24 hours notice of cancellation is required to avoid a cancellation fee of $50 per person being charged. Outside of this time frame there is no charge.
Dining on public holidays incurs a 10% surcharge
