Ideal spring conditions led to excellent fruit set and beautifully balanced canopies. A warm summer, tempered by cool nights, nurtured healthy crops rich in flavour, vibrant in colour, and with beautifully ripe tannins. Harvest was swift and intense, with perfectly ripened Chardonnay and Pinot Noir picked throughout February, followed by Shiraz, Cabernet, and other varieties in March. |

Crushed and destemmed, left to soak for 24 hours, then gently pressed for 12 hours. A bright, deep-ish gold with a tinge of green. A heady bouquet of apricot nectar, candied fruits and a little toffee apple. The palate is mouthcoating, luscious and very sweet, but with enough acidity on the end to stop it from being cloying. Could handle panna cotta and apricot coulis with ease.
