Very pale peach
Sweet raspberries and tart cherry sorbet with a faint hint of crushed thyme
Red berries and juicy nectarine fruit fill the palate with mouth-watering acidity. A lovely creamy texture builds in the mid-palate and carries through to the refreshing finish, full of more red and blueberry fruit layered with subtle dried herbal complexity.
