So this is largely shiraz but then there is a small contribution from merlot and cabernet with the final flourish of the aromatic white viognier. The colour is bright purple and red. The nose has a plummy spicy lift with traces of thick dark chocolate. On the palate, delicious mouth-filling flavours of dark berry and plum dominate, with just a little gingery pepperiness. A really attractive current drinking wine.
