100% Chardonnay
Yarra Valley
A solid growing season in the Yarra Valley. Conditions encouraged very even fruit sets, resulting in big and strong canopies. Resulting wines are full of flavour, complexity and impeccable balance.

Tasting Notes

Pale summer straw
Intense citrus blossom, followed by white nectarine and a hint of vanilla custard.
A tight mineral backbone overlayed with an opulent stone fruit creaminess. The center is richly complex, with a classic Yarra Valley finish - long and lingering.

Hand picked, whole bunch pressed and barrel fermented. Matured in a combination of new and seasoned French oak for 11 months, lees stirred.

Professional Reviews

Tightly coiled, just hinting at how this might unfurl in time. A savouriness overall, yet hints of lemon balm, grapefruit, flinty with perky acidity, so this is quite moreish. Oak adds an extra dimension and is seamlessly integrated.
