Tasting Notes
Light yellow, fresh green hues. |
Waxy, green melon, lemon curd. Complexing notes of struck match and perfectly pitched, supportive toasty oak in the background. |
Lovely rich citrus at the front of the palate, with melon rind and kiwi. There is a delicious chalky acidity, with plenty of mouthwatering stone fruits. A beautiful frangipani perfume lingers, along with gun smoke and rich toasty oak spice. A delicious wine and a great example of Yarra Valley’s longevity. |
