Tasting Notes

Deep ruby
Perfumed and expressive on the nose, with ripe black cherry, blueberry compote and bramble fruit underpinned by briar spice and a delicate dried rose petal note.
The full and generous palate displays notes of dark plum and morello cherry at the core, with subtle savoury complexity of forest floor and a touch of five spice woven through the mid-palate. Fine, silky tannins provide structure without weight, guiding the wine to a long, juicy finish.
