Terms and Conditions

1. General
Information on how to enter and the prize forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility
Entry is open only to NSW residents aged 18 years or over.

3. Exclusions
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Participating Stores and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family includes spouse, de‑facto spouse, child or step‑child, parent, step‑parent, grandparent, sibling, step‑sibling, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew or first cousin.

4. Promotional Period
Entries open at 12:01am AEST on 1 May 2026 and close at 11:59pm AEST on 30 June 2026 (“Promotional Period”).

5. Participating Stores
A “Participating Store” is any independent retail liquor store located in NSW that stocks eligible Yering Station and/or Yarrabank products and displays official promotional material relating to this promotion during the Promotional Period.

6. Eligible Purchase
To be eligible to enter, individuals must spend $25 or more in a single transaction on Yering Station and/or Yarrabank branded products from a Participating Store during the Promotional Period (“Qualifying Transaction”).

7. How to Enter
To enter, during the Promotional Period entrants must:

a) Scan the in‑store QR code or visit the promotional entry page as directed;
b) Complete the online entry form including first name, last name, valid email address, mobile phone number, residential postcode and date of birth;
c) Upload a clear photo of their Qualifying Transaction receipt;
d) Answer the following question in 25 words or less:
“In 25 words or less, tell us why Yering Station wines deserve a place in your wine cabinet.”
e) Submit the fully completed entry form.

8. Proof of Purchase
Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt. The receipt must clearly show the retailer name, date of purchase, products purchased and total spend. Failure to produce proof of purchase upon request may result in disqualification at the Promoter’s discretion.

9. Entry Limit
Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following:

• One (1) entry per Qualifying Transaction;
• Each entry must be substantially unique;
• Each entry must be submitted separately in accordance with these Terms.

10. Entry Validity
Incomplete, illegible, indecipherable or late entries will be deemed invalid.

11. Verification
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including identity, age and NSW residency) and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms.

12. Game of Skill
This promotion is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners. Entries will be judged on creative merit, originality and relevance to the promotional question.

13. Judging
Judging will take place from 1 July 2026 at Rathbone Wine Group Pty Ltd, 262–276 Lorimer Street, Port Melbourne VIC 3207.

There will be one (1) winner selected per Participating Store. Reserve entries may be selected in order of merit.

14. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified by phone and/or email within five (5) business days of judging.

15. Judge’s Decision
The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

16. Prize
Each winner will receive:

• One (1) Vintec wine fridge, valued at AUD $1199 RRP
• A dozen (12) bottles of mixed Yering Station wines, valued at AUD $420 RRP
There will be one (1) prize awarded per Participating Store.

17. Prize Delivery
Delivery is included within 20km of the Sydney CBD. Winners located outside this radius may receive the prize subject to additional delivery fees, payable by the winner directly to the delivery provider prior to dispatch. Delivery arrangements will be coordinated between the Promoter, supplier and winner.

18. Prize Conditions
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. If the prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.

19. Failure to Accept Prize
If for any reason a winner does not accept the prize or does not take delivery of the prize as reasonably required by the Promoter, the prize will be forfeited and the Promoter may award the prize to a reserve entry, if available.

General Conditions

20. Responsible Consumption
The Promoter encourages responsible consumption of alcohol. Entry and participation are subject to the Participating Store’s liquor serving policies.

21. Content Warranty
Entrants warrant that all submitted materials are original and do not infringe third‑party rights, and must not contain unlawful, misleading, offensive or inappropriate content.

22. Use of Entries
Entrants grant the Promoter a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, perpetual licence to use entry content for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media.

23. Winner Publicity
Winners consent to the use of their name, image and/or likeness for promotional purposes without further remuneration.

24. Liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or other applicable consumer protection laws. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability for any loss, damage or injury (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect or consequential, arising in any way out of participation in the promotion or the use of the prize.

25. Interference
If this promotion cannot be conducted as reasonably anticipated due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion to the fullest extent permitted by law.
