Yering Station Independent Retail Promotion

Terms and Conditions

1. Information on how to enter and the prize forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to Victorian residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Participating Stores and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, de facto spouse, child or step child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step parent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step brother, step sister or first cousin.
3. Promotion Period
The promotion opens at 12:01am AEST on 20 April 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 20 May 2026 (“Promotional Period”).
4. Participating Stores
A Participating Store is any independent bottle shop located in Victoria that stocks Yering Station wines and displays promotional material during the Promotional Period.
5. How to Enter
To be eligible to enter, individuals must, during the Promotional Period:
• Spend $30 or more in a single transaction on any Yering Station wines from a Participating Store (“Qualifying Transaction”).
6. Entry Method
To enter, individuals must:
a) Scan the in store QR code or visit https://www.yering.com/ (or promotion landing page URL);
b) Complete the online entry form, including their first name, last name, valid email address, mobile phone number and confirmation of age (18+); and
c) Upload a photo of their Qualifying Transaction receipt.
No additional cost is payable to enter beyond the normal retail price of the products purchased.
7. Proof of Purchase
Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt(s) as proof of purchase.
The receipt must clearly specify:
• the Participating Store
• the date of purchase
• qualifying spend of $30 or more
• that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period.
Failure to produce proof of purchase upon request may result in disqualification.
8. Entry Limits
Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following:
• one (1) entry per Qualifying Transaction;
• each entry must be submitted separately; and
• receipts may not be used more than once.
9. Incomplete or Invalid Entries
Incomplete, indecipherable, false or fraudulent entries will be deemed invalid.
10. Draw Details
This promotion is a game of chance.
One (1) winner will be drawn at random at 10:00am AEST on 22 May 2026 at
Rathbone Wine Group Pty Ltd, 262–276 Lorimer Street, Port Melbourne VIC 3207 Australia.
11. Prize
The winner will receive one (1) Yering Station Experience for two (2) people, including:
• a two course lunch at Yering Station
• one (1) complimentary bottle of Yering Station wine (shared)
• a VIP cellar door tasting experience
Total prize value is up to $1,000 AUD.
12. Prize Conditions
The prize:
• is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash
• must be redeemed within 12 months of the draw date
• is subject to availability and booking conditions
• does not include transport, accommodation or additional expenses
• both attendees must be aged 18 years or over
13. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified by email and/or telephone within two (2) business days of the draw.
14. Unclaimed Prize
If the prize is not claimed within 14 days of notification, a redraw will take place at the same location and time on 6 June 2026, subject to applicable regulations.
15. Responsible Service of Alcohol
The Promoter supports the responsible service and consumption of alcohol.
Participants must comply with all venue policies and Victorian liquor laws while participating in the prize experience.
16. Verification & Disqualification
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or is submitted fraudulently.
17. Privacy
The Promoter collects personal information to conduct the promotion and may disclose it to agents and service providers for prize fulfilment and administration.

18. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies any statutory consumer guarantees under Australian law.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with the promotion or prize.
19. General
If the promotion cannot be conducted as planned due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to regulation.
