A first release. Introducing Yering Station's VRM—an elegant, aromatic blend of Viognier, Roussanne and Marsanne. Our first Rhone-inspired white blend in nearly two decades. White florals and apricot lift from the glass, edged with a delicate note of candied ginger.⁠
⁠
Viognier and Marsanne were proudly hand-picked from our Spring Lane and Laura Barnes vineyards, along with Roussanne sourced from a local Yarra Valley site. Fruit was whole-bunch pressed to stainless steel tanks, transferred to seasoned French oak for fermentation, and matured in barrel for 10 months.⁠
