Freshly squeezed lime with yuzu, orange blossom and celery salt.
Crisp, precise acidity drives a lean, racy profile. A bright core of lime and yuzu is supported by green apple and underripe pear, with saline minerality and a faint herbal note. A lovely texture balances the acidity, with a mouthwatering effect that leads into a long, citrus-driven finish.
