Made in Methode Traditionnelle. The plush palate is filled with pink fruits, white grapefruit and a mineral acidity, gathering savoury characters and umami depth. The finish is tight with fresh acidity, beautifully balancing the sweeter weight of the mid palate.

Tart red berries fill the palate with subtle pink florals and crusty bread adding complexity. It has a wonderfully creamy texture, while remaining fresh and vibrant. Just ripe strawberries and raspberries fill the long precise finish. |

56/44% chardonnay/pinot noir base, with a small red pinot addition for colour. Four years on lees, 4.2g/L dosage. A delicate, bright coral. Subtle aromas of summer fruits, spice and brioche. The palate is more energetic and fresh than the standard Cuvée, lifted by the red wine addition and a slightly higher dosage. A fine-boned and nicely poised wine to drink now and over the next two to three years.
