It is out-and-out a lovely wine to drink. Dry, sinewy, spicy and floral, for starters, with excellent-but-juicy complexity and cleansing acidity throughout. It’s a light red but its whole is greater than the sum of its parts. This is a savoury, twiggy and excellent addition to the Yering Station range.
