2019 Yarrabank Brut Rosé

Made in Methode Traditionnelle. Notes of delicate pink, red berries, red apple skin and blood orange fill the tightly coiled palate. The chalky acidity and fresh fruit characters burst through and flow to the finish, gathering subtle toasty, brioche notes along the way.

A sparkling wine offering both lancing precision with a delightful light red fruit lift that is rosé. Had four months on lees to introduce complexity within its tightly coiled frame. The structure and tight refinement makes it ideal as an aperitif style. Crisp and pure with vitality through to the long focused finish.
