A long, dry Indian summer provided perfect ripening conditions for our Nebbiolo and Sangiovese, allowing them to achieve excellent flavour ripeness while still maintaining natural acidity.

Wonderful balance between the orange mandarin and floral edges from the Nebbiolo and lovely sweet red cherries from the Sangiovese. There is a bright, refreshing and crunchy structure from the natural acidity and it finishes long, dry and moreish.
The grapes were harvested in the cool early morning and gently pressed on arrival at the winery. The resulting juice was fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks to best capture its unique aromatic potential.
