The Yarra Valley origin takes a microsecond to take hold of the shape of the long palate, which opens with grapefruit, then brings stone fruit into play on the mid-palate before unsweetened grapefruit returns to join with acidity on the long finish. May have had some exposure to oak, but it's not obvious.
