Raspberries and pomegranate, with a sweet floral spice.
Juicy and lush from the get-go, bountiful cherry and macerated strawberries coat the palate, framed with a delicate lattice of tannin. Flavour and texture continue, along with beautiful, fresh acidity driving into a long finish.

Totally de-stemmed, whole berry ferments. Hand plunged once a day, increasing to twice daily during peak ferment. Gently pressed with final 50-100L/t separated off to avoid hard tannins.
