Opening with a very aromatic nose showing an array of dark cherry fruit, pomegranate, sweet spices and an earthen perfume. Enjoy chalky tannin that brings a wonderful definition to this medium bodied, cool climate grenache. The finish is long and fragrant, with great presence of fruit and structure to its finish.

93
93% Grenache and 7% shiraz into small open fermenters for 12 days followed by 12 months in puncheos and barrels. Black christmas cherries, figs and sloe berries. A touch of cranberry brightness with soft baking spices like cinnamon, cumin and nutmeg powder. There is a subtle rose floral note that's attractive and lingers throughout. This is not the candied medicinal style you might see from other young vines but refined silky and mature. It drinks like a fine wine with muscular tannins that shape the wine into a multidimensional tasting experience. Drink now and will cellar for another 3-5 years. A sandy, ethereal number that's built for drinking with beautifully pink venison or a pork terrine.

This is 94/6% grenache/shiraz. Fully destemmed and matured in seasoned 500L puncheons. A medium ruby red. Red-fruited and delicately spiced, this ripe, gently muscular and balanced wine finishes with some lingering floral notes and orange zest.
