Hand picked de-stemmed. 3% of Viognier was co-fermented with Shiraz in open fermenters. Hand plunged twice daily, then pressed to barrel. Matured in French oak for 18 months. |

Silky, slinky and sexy. Everything in harmony from the dark fruits and spices to the cedary French oak adding another complex layer and some deli meats in the mix. Juicy across the palate with such velvety tannins adding to the pleasure.
