The 2017 vintage was a 1-in-20 season in the Yarra Valley. Optimal growing conditions, allowed for perfectly balanced vines and beautifully ripened grapes. In these pristine years, spectacular fruit flavours are combined with intensity and power, producing wines of true longevity.

Hand picked and de-steemed, whole berries were cold soaked for 4 days prior to inoculation. Fermented in open top fermenters, hand plunged twice daily and then pressed to barrel. Matured in French oak for 18 months.
