Sourced from Hazeldene Vineyard in the Upper Yarra Valley picked at 23.1 brix. This wine was whole bunched pressed directly to new 500 litre puncheons for a period of 3 months.

Hand-picked and gently pressed has maximised the 'fruit core'. Barrel fermented and partial lees stirring added complexity and richness.
