‘We who eat together’ degustation dinner 2017 at GOMA
This degustation experience has been created especially for the GOMA Turns 10 celebration season. The dinner will be hosted in GOMA’s two-hatted restaurant, for a unique culinary collaboration with Brisbane-based artist Elizabeth Willing and QAGOMA Executive Chef Joshe Lopez.
Together, Elizabeth and Joshe have created a sensory seven-course degustation with beverage pairings that responds to the themes of GOMA’s summer exhibition ‘Sugar Spin: you, me, art and everything’. Yering Station is excited to showcase three of our top wines, Yering Station Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Shiraz Viognier.
Guests will encounter sculptural and sensorial elements that demonstrate how our perception of the world can change when different senses are triggered.
