2006 Yering Station Reserve Pinot Noir

Jeremy Oliver’s Wine Annual 2009
A pure, tightly focused and evenly measured pinot with a floral perfume of rose petals, red cherries and dusty undertones of musky spices. Smooth and generous, its refined and silky palate of cherry/berry fruit and tightly integrated savoury oak is charmingly succulent and fleshy, with a fine-grained undercarriage and a pleasingly savoury, long and brightly lit finish.
